• OS: Linux, FreeBSD
• Database: MySQL, Oracle, Postgres
• Scripting/Programming: Perl, PHP, Shell, C++, Java
• Web Tools: Apache, Web 2.0
• Internet Traffic MAnagement: DNS, Bind, Content Delivery Network, Caching, Load Balancer
• Storage: NAS, SAN, VTL
• Network: Routing and switching, TCP/IP, HTTP, Network Backbone and Topology
• Grid Computing: Hadoop and others
• Monitoring: Nagios, Netcool, Gomez

Qualifications:

• BS/B.Tech/MS/M.Tech/PhD in Computer Science or related fields
• 6 to 20 years of work experience in a large distributed systems environment
• Good experience in systems operations and / or application management that includes high availability, capacity planning, high performance and SLA & Metric management in a 24x7 environment
• In-depth knowledge and hands=on experience in relevant technologies.
